Florida is beautiful anytime of the year. Such a wonderful place for me to sit and write. Oh, and I get great ideas from our daily sunshine! So get to know me as a writer through my books.
About Me
My Work
When I started writing my first book, Meet Virginia. I did not know what I was doing. I had these ideas in my head and I thought the best way to get it out was to write it down. The story came from a dream I had, and then it snowballed from there. Being in lockdown from Covid also gave me all of this extra time to write and create through my imagination. I'm now finishing up my 16th project, and can't wait to continue writing from there. I love being a Writer. It feels so fulfilling.
My Community
Florida may be my home now, but I was born in Hartford, CT.
I've lived in Michigan, Massachusetts, Connecticut, but I will always love my home in Florida. Never mind that I met the love of my life here, but I also found my dream job - in TV!
I'm a Miami Dolphins fan for life. The Miami Heat are the greatest NBA team. And dachshunds are the best breed of dog ever. As a writer, you can see how I add these in my books. Especially dachshunds!
Join My Journey
As a writer, I love to tell stories about strong women. I guess it comes from my mother and sister. Both of them showed me their strength and I use it to showcase some of my characters. Each woman in my stories is a little bit me, a little bit my mom, and a little bit my sister. As for the men in my stories, well that's easy - they are all a little bit of my husband George. People who know me and my husband will see George's idiosyncrasies in each character. You get to know me just by reading my books!

I started writing in 2020.
I just published my 25th book and I'm working on number 26 and 27.
My favorite author is Janet Evanovich. When I first read her Stephanie Plum books, I wanted to be like Stephanie. Writing mystery/romances now I feel like I get a little closer to Stephanie Plum.
My biggest inspiration is my mother. She pushes me every time she tells me I'm her favorite author!
